Warranty & Replacements
All the products that we import or source are completely inspected and examined by the Quality Control Team (QCT) before they leave our premises so that the delivered products are damage free, function properly, and are of high-quality. If anyhow a client faces a problem with the specifications of the product, manufacturing defects or any other issue with the product, then you can avail the 72 SEVENTY TWO HOURS replacement policy on selected products. Please check or ask before placing the order. There are some rules that you have to keep in mind and follow:Product (s) can be replaced from our office within the 3 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused with all the original packings and labels attached along with the purchase invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. We will only replace any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect and is without any physical abuse. Change of mind not allowed! Contact our customer service centre by emailing us images of defected product at admin@makarts.com or calling us at 021-35871132 within 3 days of purchase. You will have to acquire a confirmation RMA no while communicating with us thru email or phone in order to return a product back to us. No parcel or laptop is accepted without RMA no. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered a replacement with same price value product.
Refunds
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow three weeks for the processing of returns. We do not take responsibility for any other matter.
If a laptop or any other product has any sort of physical damage or abuse or mismatch technical specification, MUST be notified to us in writing, phone, SMS on the same day of receiving the order, otherwise there is no liability or responsibility on us. Moreover, if the customer has ordered a product and rejects/disagrees to accept the product at the time of delivery then 15% restocking fee will be applicable without any discount or negotiation.
We are not associated with any courier company or their services since in any aspect on part of their assurance, liability, efficiency, accuracy, delay, theft, pilferage. We render their services only to facilitate our customers and hence keep ourselves out of any or all liability whatsoever. For any lost of package, theft, stolen or delay or mishap after the package has been handed over to the courier company, the total responsibility is on the buyer. We use first class courier companies of Pakistan such as M&P, Leopard, TCS, Daewoo; they deliver all our products. Any or all liability should be claimed directly. We will have no concern
Whether you buy a laptop from any international store or makarts.com at times Laptops show fewer warranty period on internet as compared to the sales invoice issued to them, due to the time spent on transportation and import process. Only Apple inactive machines warranty starts from the day you connect to internet. makarts.com does not take any responsibility for this issue.
If the product is broken through misapplication, the shopper cannot claim a replacement warranty.
makarts.com will not entertain any queries regarding the replacement of any product after 3 days from the date of purchase. The product should be returned within the 3 days replacement period. If the product is returned at any later date while the replacement period is expired, makarts.com is not accountable/responsible for replacement.
If for any reason, the customer does not like the product or wants to upgrade to a higher product then we will not return or replace the product as we do not deal in the used products at all.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply. makarts.com may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution. Hence we reserve the right to reject or cancel any transaction.
